Need some help with the kick start cause it hits the fender.

Post some pics of your atc with the kick start if you are using it.

Hey mang, there are a few options, one is to make the rear fender as a quick release remove fender kick start and then put it back on. thats how mine is, i still need to make a rear latch to secure the rear part of the fender. the other is to run without the rear fender some people op to do that saves time in having to remove the rear fender. FNGtomoto fabbed up a hinge for the rear fender to flip back. If i am not mistaken Tres and Travis (Sterdy products) had fabbed a quick release for the rear fender. Don't know if they are selling those yet.

There are usually 2 options, a "race cut" of the rear fenders to clear the kick start or a hinged set of rears so you can pick up the plastic from the seat (where it meets the tank), tip it back, kick it, drop the seat and away you go.

If you look in the pinned section of pics of 70s theres a silver one on an A+ frame (I think) that shows the plastics flipped up and how its hinged.

Here is the silver A= that Jeeph was referring too.

I hacked up a rear fender and wished I didnt. Do the pull start conv. from Dr Atv. It worked nice.

Buy the conversion kit from Dr ATV if you dont want to mod the parts yourself (you still have to grind out the side cover yourself) either way you cant go wrong.

Kuryakyn offers a seat latch quick release if you are willing to go custom latch.
