Cash ready for a MH. Would like to check out a couple auction houses. Do any of you guys no the in and outs?
I no there are some used MH lots in town that pic them up at these auctions but I was told I have to be a dealer.
Thanks for your time.

For Copart, you can go to their website, create a log in and then you can go to their lots and look. Problem is as a California resident you can't buy. I found a broker that I can buy through for only $200. You will have auction fees, % of sale, gate fee and a few other costs. Most of the motor homes I have seen are junk, crashes, burned or stripped.
Good luck.

Ya, I was kinda thinking along the same lines. Just looking for the smoking, smoking deal.
Maybe I should start calling some banks. I'm sure some guys are just walking away from them.
