I have a 08 cr3905 WW and the wall is pulling away from the kitchen counter on the drivers side. I have heard people say they have had "Wall sag" issue's and some say they have "frame sag" issues. Does anyone know where I can find more info on this. I guess W/L has a fix and I am trying to get a idea of whats involved, pics maybe. I can't do it myself from what I was told because they lift the body off the frame and add gussets to the frame on a frame jig.

Anyone know about this?

Mine going to be repaired at Warrior Lifestyles in 2 weeks for this problem, it has to do with the outrigger supports from the entry door back on both sides. The cost is about 2k and takes them about 2 weeks to make the repairs.

I've seen guys just use bottle jacks to get the walls back up where they should be, then add outriggers and spacers to keep them up. I'm pretty sure you can get this done in your driveway if need be. Check the RV.net toyhauler section, there's a couple of repair threads there...

Yea I talked to Quinn and he was going to take some pics but he will be gone on his trip so I wanted to see if anyone else has had this done. Quinn's was not having the problem yet so looking for anyone that has to see what they felt about the fix.

Did you head up north also?

Yea this kinda sucks, oh well maintenance and maybe I will have them add a few feet while it's there if it doesn't cost to much sraptor.gif
