He is around. He is difficult to get a hold of, don't know why, but he will get back to you. I was having a few little issues and even though it took a little while to talk to him, he is making it happen. I had no luck with an HID kit I bought for my wife's suburban, and he sent me a whole new kit, or at least it's in the mail. This is the first time I've done business with him, but even though it may not have been exactly what I wanted schedule wise for me, he still came through, and I will continue to use him. Good luck, and I'm sure it will happen.
