I went and bought a plug and play HID headlight conversion from ddmtuning.com in San Diego. Ordered the 35W, 6000 for more light. I'll have some pics of the difference tomorrow but so far, thae kit looks bad ass for only $35. The offer other models also, just have to know your light bulb.

just installed the same kit but 5000k in my rhino, thinking i should of gone 6000k but to late now.

Just installed a DDM kit also in a friend's RZR last night. I used their slim line ballast. For an additional $10.00 you can get a 55w kit.

Becareful with that 55w kit, known to melt headlight assemblies. I too bought the slim ballast kit....Im just lagging on installing it.

WOW is all I have to say. Bright and super easy to install. Pretty straight forward. I'll get pictures as soon as I can. So far, pretty impressed.

Thanks for the sharing the info, I have been looking for an upgraded kit for my headlights...ordering mine now!!!

thats a steel right there!
55w kit isnt that much brighter! 35w is PLENTY in a sxs
55w kit is just pushin it with the stator.. you dont wanna be stuck at the hill!
you will get there, but dont count on it starting again!... its NOT worth the risk

That was the one of the best upgrades I did to mine, along with 3- 7" Kragen HIDs. THe next best upgrade is a Camshaft, thats what Polaris uses to govern the motor down to meet the Federal HP limits.

Looks great and for only $35. thats a great deal, one of the guys are selling those kits here for $80

It is not a standard automotive bulb and most A/M HID suppliers don't make them. Try Vision X as I think they may carry it. Maybe Wheelie Bar can help out.

They go by bulb size, for 09-11 Polaris Ranger, not sure about RZR, bulb is a 880.
