Why doesnt anyone use 2 strokes in their 70s projects. I have to do research before I jump into this.
I am going to see Randy Nelson today, he was partners with Randy Bozart at A+ in Escondido In the late 70s and 80s. I see you guys talking about A+ in your threads but they have been out of biz for 30 years. I worked for them at Carlsbad Raceway when we started flat track racing ATCs and hosting Speedway. Alot of the Ascot boys were coming down, that was fun. Hopefully Randy can shed some light on some of the old stuff.
What other connections do we have and resources.

I've been looking into a 2 stroke motor.
One of the A+ guys is on the board, doesn't post much.

Most of the two strokes have upright cylinders so they don't fit very well with the down tube on a typical 70 chassis.

i believe there are a few 70 with 2-stroker in them, if i am not mistaken KC has a blaster in one of his bikes. A+ frames its like a treasure hunt for them when you find one its like finding a barried treasure.
