My rear shock leaked.
I called the local Honda shop and they told me I had to buy the whole shock assy. (spring, adjusters, etc) and they quoted me $550 bucks.
At servicehonda.com, I found it for $344 Bucks.
Does anyone know where I can get it cheaper, or just but the shock, and change over all the rest of the crap myself?

Robbie, I believe your shock is rebuildable. Any reputable shock shop like PEP, Works Performance, and the like can put in new seals and re-valve it for you if needed. It might be close to that $344 that service honda quoted you though. I haven't gotten prices for newer shocks, only old ones so I might be wrong.

Robbie, furball is right take the shock to get it rebuilt. It shouldn't cost more then 150. Plus they can set it up for your weight.

Thanks,
Ben and Tom,
I'll Look around to see if there is anyplace nearby to have it fixed.
Any Ideas around the Lancaster area?

I think there is a place on Sierra hwy in palmdale before you get to ave K. Eddy used that place a lot. you may want to give it a try. coming down from lancaster it will be on your right.

I don't remember the name of it. Good luck
