Got a tip on this org's web site. They have their eye on over 300 areas in California that they feel are potential wilderness areas. Some are proposed for wilderness designation in the California Wild Heritage Act.

One of these areas is part of the ISDRA.

Go to calwild.org & scroll to the bottom of the page to Desert. The ISDRA is not listed on the web site yet, but it is on THIS MAP as Algodones Dunes additions. Look at the dark green (what other color would be used?) on that map. If you click on the dark green area for the ISDRA, it will take you to a Coming Soon page. Some of the other dark green areas have links to pages describing that area. Can't wait to see what they write for the ISDRA. Well, actually I can wait.
