from what I have talked to Jonathan aboutt a year ago you can build this car ready for Baja or the dunes 500HP bigger trans around 80, things may have changed but I still don't know who would get my visit if I won the Lotto... Brenthal or Baja Shop but I would have one serious 3/4 seater for the dez I could take to the dunes!!! The Recon was designed to still be fully duneable from what they say!!!

If he builds that car for 80K, that's a steal of a deal.
