The GD ovals will remain as they have always been (unless a change is requested)... but for the 70 gang .. we get our own little stickers for our rides.. I"m thinking small ones like an 1" but no bigger than 2" so they don't detract from the 70's... Although larger ones can be and will probably be produced.... but lets hammer out the details first before we get carried away.. ..Let's pick one out... I know the one I'm leaning toward.. Help a brutha out!!!

To be honest I dont feel any of them. You merged stickers designs you all ready had. This is a one shot deal to make the best and baddest 70 sticker for the elite GD mofoing 70 nuts on the planet!!! Now go back and design us some of the sickest stickers we have ever seen!!!!

I'm at an Rc club meeting with a bunch of old farts right now ( I'm VP) .. I Wanna keep them all the same and uniform ( sorry Superstar) ... My thoughts were to get a design we all could like ... I will run test prints to ultimately choose the proper size.. I also wanna keep them easily identifiable with atc's ( hence the use of old school atc logos) .. I gotta get back to f'n cranky airplane guys that hate Helis... See ya soon!

J/K, I understand.

A few things come into play..my printer is a Gerber Edge2 that prints up to 600 dpi. If I had an injet printer I could print at 1400 dpi and do photo realistic prints.. but I didn't have an extra $30,000 grand laying around for a machine to play with in the garage.. besides the injets have to run or cycle daily to prevent clogging of the print heads.. and an injet is a minimum 48'' wide, takes a 52" laminator, and a 52" cutter... my edge takes up a lot less room and can sit for days or months without clogging since it's a Thermal Printer ( I have a 300 sqft studio).. Although the edge is a $16,000 machine (not including laminator etc.) .. anyways...
I want to do this and would love to spend a lot of time coming up with numerous designs... but that can be very time consuming etc.... if anyone has something to shoot me go ahead and send it my way and I'll see what we can do..
I kinda liked the top one as it was a bit different... Maybe I should do one of each?

Sorry guys and girls I got busy yesterday.. I'll get back on these tonite and it's supposed to rain up here for the next few days so I will get sone test prints of all done as well ( including the original Glamis ovals)

Okay heres what i did..I ran some test prints .. I'm gonna print up all three designs.. But I have to order a brighter blue Color ribbon i don't have here for the Glamis oval.. But i figured I'd send are 3 designs down with somebody when they are done ... Bustin B? ..........and he can distribute them from there.. He can also give the larger ovals Rob wanted to him .. So my color won't be here until Monday.. so i will print them then.. but for now the set up is all done.. I will send all these teast prints down as well ..

Ship me a bunch too and I will distribute too.

If ya buy this machine new they school ya on how to use it but when ya buy one used ya gotta teach yourself lol! I like to make sure I'm doing the best job on setting the printer up.. The mysterious Rob is they guy I spoke to on the phone ... At any rate when these are ready to send out I'll figure out the proper channels ..
These test prints will work for but not limited to ... restroom walls, diner or bar tables, restraurant windows, other peoples cars, your cars, your neighbors house , the BLM office, BLM trucks, Police cars etc!

I'm gonna make some Tri z ones as well .. I told Chris I'm gonna send down enough to spread a few around and everyone should get at least two each (maybe 3)... Just cover the shipping cost.. After that they will be available for purchase (these will be the GD/70 ones) as for the old school GD ovals I have to work that out with Sandsamplr after he gets his qoutas..

I can make large ones too ...but my machine limits me to 11.8" tall , and it runs about $13 a foot.. (nature of the beast) this printer has a higher cost per foot .. I will price out when I get home how much they would be and for what sizes..

UPDATE... I just got off the phone with Sandsmplr and got the green light to peddle these (the old school Glamis ovals) I'm gonna figure the prices and post them here.. And somebodys gonna have to help me post them for all GD members to see.. Although we never talked about it but these will be for the printed color decals only... I think Astars? Does the die cut only stickers (somebody mentioned at one time he did) ... I ain't here to step on anybodies toes.... Cuz that's how I roll
