Can anyone tell me what the best sand tires are for Glamis? I ride a 2001 400EX and it's worked pretty well. I want to get good tires for the dunes, can anyone recommend a tire and/or a vendor? Thanks!!

Joe at Fullerton sand tire was very helpful in my choice for tires. I tore up a pair of haulers so he sugested the extreme haulers by skat track. They hook up great with a huge roost. I have noticed that no one else carries these tires. I think it is because they are new.

For a 4 stroke I always recommend the "Sand Skate II" in a 20x11x10. It seams that most people really like them and they are EZ to slide around on. Mount them on Douglas blue label rims and you got the trick setup...

On the front I would use a set of Razer Backs in the 22x8x10, again on blue label rims. They should add to the front suspension keeping your ride smoother.

R.I.S. DESIGNS HAS ALOT OF TIRES AND CHEAP PRICE ALSO THEY HAVE CUSTOM CUT OUT ON RIMS (DOUGLAS) WITH DIFFERENT DESIGNS TO CHOOSE FROM. CHECK THEM OUT [Cool]

You can get the tire's and rims at venders but it would be cheaper to order them.

Also when traveling does he have room to carry a set of tires with him.

Thanks Guys, I'll get the Sandskates I heard they were the best for my bike. And don't worry Elvis, we have an 18 Wheeler taking down all our equipment and rides so I got plenty of room. With my luck the vendors would be sold out so I'm coming with everything I need.
