Look, I know you've tried everything you can, but you're missing something. Take the float bowl off. Put the fuel hose on. Push the floats all the way up. Turn on the full at the fuel cell. If fuel dumps out, there is something wrong with the fuel valve that turns the fuel off when it's too high in the bowl....that's what the floats are for right...they float up with the fuel and turn off the fuel supply. If the fuel doesn't come out, let the floats down until fuel comes out and push them back up to see if it shuts off. If that does happen, then your floats are out of whack.

Yeah!

What he said!

If it still leaks?
change the valve assembley

you should be able to tweak the tab to adjust the floats so the fuel level will stop the flow

that is a great idea did not think of it. but i quit it goes to shop in morn THANKS VERY MUCH GUYS

Oh man, the shop? They gonna show you a wear mark on the rubber tip of the needle. Replace it, and charge you an hours service fee. That all that wrong, less ya been bending the float tab. Of course, you did make sure the floats float, right?
