Got a letter from Sen. Jon Kyl today .... it was in response to our
mass mailing awhile back ....

basically he dumps it back into the BLM's lap,
"...encouraging me to visit the ISDRA website for more information...."

where the hell does this guy stand on the ISDRA issues ?
