I load my TRX 250R up after a good weekend of riding at G and notice some oil leaking from the drain plug. Get under the bike and check out to see what's going on and I have problems. [Angry Fire] Half of the little flange portion of the case that the drain plug screws into is missing so the drain plug is just barely in there. Anyone ever had this happen? [Confused] How the heck could half of that crack off and the threads are almost completly smooth in the casing? I'm leaving tomorrow and don't have time to be rebuilding my motor. Looks like it's going to be rigged with J.B. weld for the weekend and replaced later.
