Can anyone tell me an easy way of changing the crankcase oil in an 1989 Suzuki LT80? I was told that the very very small bolt in the top middle of the crankcase is where you add oil. It seems almost impossible. Help.......

I use an oil can with a flexable spout. Fill the can and pump away.

Are you sure you are looking at the right spot? My 2001 just changed the oil. It holds a huge 2.7 fl OZ. of oil. This is the gearbox, not the crankcase. Crankcase has no oil, just for clarification. The bolt is located on the top side of the case where the front sprocket is, right? The bottom bolt is directly under it, and there is a side bolt that you must take off because this is the overflow. When it starts to come out of here, you are done.

So, I ain't got the manual for my kids quad!
What kind of oil works best in there? any thing else I need to check out? (figured out the air filter cleaning). Is there a way of TESTing the oil injection?
