Hey all,
I posted a previous post about this. But my bike is still puking anti-freeze whether i use prestone, or engine ice or coolanol. It is not overheating by any means. It is just puking the anti-freeze when i am under load. Specifically when hard in the power band. If it was a head gasket, I would have it going in my cylinders and I would smell it right? It is not. Only comeing out the overflow hose on top of the pipe. There are 2 hoses there, one from the radiator and one from the overflow tank. The water pump is working well, I will get the billet one soon just to be safe.

Any ideas of why it might be pukin'? PLus I am pushin' 74 horse right now. Many mods. Just to throw that in**
Thx, Ryan

it drains the whole overflow tank. but it drains the overflow tank before it takes from the radiator. (?) It's kind boggling me.

I had that problem once but, I could hear the anti-freeze boiling also. It ended up being a broken water pump impeler. It doesn't sound like the exact same problem but the area it leaked from was the same area yours is. Maybe open it up and just check it to be safe.

tongue.gif Ha! I found it. It's a crack in the radiator, on the bottom right corner. You know what fix's a crack real quick? Pepper. That's right. regular eating pepper. Just put a lot in there and run your bike. Eventually the pepper will clog the hole. I dont know how permenent it is though. We will find out.
