a buddy of mine just got the new kfx 400 and wants exhaust, the qustion he has is, Does the complete exhaust give a lot more power than if he were to just get a slip on? there is a big difference in price so he just wants to know if it is worth the 430 bucks for the complete system, i dont know much about 4 strokes yet so im askin all of guys and gals for a little info

all Info is greatly appreciated

It is to my knowlegde that most new four strokes have a good head pipe fof putting power to the ground. But if you are planning on doing more than just a pipe ( high compression piston, big bore kit etc..)I would go with the complete kit

A slip on is substantially lighter than the oem silencer. I'm running a FMF powercore 4 silencer and will soon be getting some powerbomb headers. I've also got a k&n air filter and it's rejetted. Overall it has a little more pick up when you give it some throttle. And it sounds pretty bad ass. It was worth the investment to me.
