LMAO..Rob..reminds me of the dremmel commercial. Man plays sick so he doesn't have to go with the wife and kid and he has a field day in his garage with his new dremmel kit. I could just picture you in your garage with your dremmel yelling the whole time you saw their little heads off "you pos stupid ass screw..damn you.."

Investing in a good set of carburetor adjustment tools won’t hurt; carburetors have some specific tools, ask the local tool salesman in your area.
Before attempting to remove hard to get at screws, first take the carburetor off, and use the correct size cross-tipped screwdriver. With the carburetor off, you'll have a lot more leverage on the screw. Some screw will strip regardless of what's done.
A good set of screwdrivers, flat and cross-tipped of various sizes (cross tip sizes #1-#2-#3 #4) i.e., Snap-On, MAC, MATCO and the like will help.
