Remember the pilots need an adjustment too.

So far, 160 X 165 seems to be getting good comments from Raptor owners I've talked to.

A noticeable big boost in power, and if the pilots are adjusted correctly, no side effects at all.

i think my dad changed the pilots already, he jeted it once for the pipe, i tried 170 172, and it is still starvin for some gas on the top end, im thinkin 170 175 might do the trick,

thanx for your reply

I have a 02 raptor with full big gun, no lid conversion, cam, Piston (10.75-1), ported and polished running a 50-50 blend with dyna jet kit and 165 170 and a beutiful cinnamon color. I was told that a lot of four stroke owners run to rich actually loosing performance. I can't keep my front tires on the ground now uphill downhill it doesn't matter.

My experience is Raptors love to have fuel and running on the factory style jets with your set-up, that 170/175 range you speak of will be close to where you want to be.
