I saw this the other day. Best part was that it was in valet parking! Haha

That sucks big time for the owner, restaurant/valet company will be paying for it, why do they park cars that sit that low so close to the landscaping curb?
rushjunkie
Looks like they had been pushing their luck. Check out the Porsche right next to it.

Have you guys heard of the paint that is being used in some vallet parking garages? It is incase the vallet scrapes your vehicle up against the wall while parking it. The stuff I saw was an ugly greenish yellow. The point of this is it is almost impossible to remove and even if the vallet wipes off the stuff he sees, the paint leaves a chemical behind that shows up under a different light. I saw it being installed in a high end, vallet parking only, garage. Residents were not allowed to park there own cars, but were guarenteed they would be protected if the cars were damaged. This stuff was an easy way for both parties to verify that the damage occured in there lot.

I don't get it? The Valets are painting the cars in the garage now?

I personally hate valets and avoid them at all costs. College kids with no background checks that know you are not home, have your address (registration) and your garage door opener. Not to mention I hate when ANYONE but me drives my truck.

Thanks. I hate when a post doesn't make any sense. It sounded good in my head when I was writing it. Just forgot no one else knew what the hell I was thinking of. tongue.gif

my buddy was a valet parker at Snowbird ski resort when I worked there. I would wait outside the tunnel he would pick me up we had a full rally car loop thru three parking lots then walk back to the valet. Wait, repeat all night. LMFAO.........

Even at nice places I park my own ride or I have them park it up in front.
I have come back to 15+ miles than where I left it, radio cranked up, and every seat and mirror adjusted.
