What’s up with the racing in El Cajon? That would be a much easier drive for me than Lake Elsinore.

Gosh darnit i keep forgeting the date but i think ya have to be there at 4 to sign up and then 5: is when racing starts, im going to el cajon this monday night to see how i like the dirtbike track and if i like it i will race, i know they said that the racing at el cajon will be strict

they will be hard on ya and you will have to follow strict (spelling?) AMA rules

You can go to the AMA website and check out the rules they have. Things like a kill switch, nerf bars, number plates with (I believe) 7" or 8" numbers on the front & rear and vertically mounted will be checked and enforced. They also check things like wheel hubs for cotter keys, clamps on all fuel hoses, check to make sure nothing is loose and dangerous, etc. etc.

I just need to buy some expensive number now, im thinking of going to like homedepot and finding some 7" mail box numbers, they are probably alot cheaper

This is not a joke and I can’t see why they would but would they have a problem with my quad having zero fenders on it? I would just have to make some number plates.

Fenders prevent the mud and rocks from flying into the other racers. When they water the track, things start flying, and you can only have so many tear offs...
