You asked for it, so here it is! When doing a Rotax swap into a Rhino, the popular Muzzys exhaust interferes with the proper routing of the Rotax CVT inlet. This part fixes that!
This Benchmark Performance air inlet adapter is milled from 6061 aluminum and fits perfectly to the stock Rotax CVT inlet housing. It features a 2" round spigot that allows cool air to be ducted to the CVT, instead of sucking hot air off of the exhaust. The billet adapter fits very snugly over the plastic housing but we do recommend using a sealant and/or adhesive to seal and secure it to the plastic housing.

This is the prototype we did last year. It was hand fabricated out of sheet metal. After a year of abuse by the vehicle owner, the belt and CVT system are still perfect. This is what propmted us to build the billet version and with this picture you can see why it is a problem if there is nothing attached to the vent inlet on the CVT housing. The original part had a 1.75" inlet. The final product is 2".
