Has anybody had problems with getting problems taken care of under extended warranty contract.

so far so good, try to establish a good relationship with the service manager and try to be as loyal as possable. Ive bought 5 bikes from my dealer and he does what he can. I have been told the companys like to keep the extended guys happy cuz the $$$$$ for the extended is the profit, if I jack you on your extended , what are the chances of you ever buying one from me again ? take care of you and you will buy another ext= more profit next deal.
