LET THEM DO IT, THEY WILL BEAD BLAST IT. IT'S JUST EASIER THAT WAY AND IT'S ONLY A COUPLE OF BUCKS MORE.

It depends on what you want; colors range from pastel to candy, some also have a textured surface. My bike has a three stage metallic cream blue powder coat with a clear coat, it cost $250.00, and candy colors cost more.
Some companies won't give a discount for preparing the parts because they use chemicals to prep the parts. If the company uses the sandblasts method to prepare the parts you can save $40.00 to $50.00 bones.
The hubs might cost another $50.00 to $70.00 bones. If you use the same color on all parts it’ll cost less.
