A person dressed up as a policeman has fired shots at the Labour Party Youth Camp, injuring several people, Norwegian state broadcaster NRK reports. There are about 700 people at the camp, NRK says.
Word of the attack comes after a giant explosion rocked government buildings in Oslo, Norway. NRK reported that at least three people were confirmed dead.
Several buildings are badly damaged, witnesses say, and the city is reeling. The cause of the blast remains unknown, and no one has claimed responsibility.

When I saw that I thought, "why Norway?" Then I remembered the flap over the caricatures of Mohammed a few years back. Crazy has a long memory, I guess.

State Dept now reporting 20 confirmed dead from the school shooting this morning in Oslo. Death toll is expected to rise.
7 confirmed dead in the bombing in that area.

Norway also has troops in Middle East. They are part of the "Alliance"
I'm not entirely sure this is the work of muslim terrorists, but if it is, it kinda blows big goat balls sized holes in some people's ultra liberal belief that the US is the sole target of terrorist attacks because of our "watchdogs of the world" mentality.
A mentality that most of Europe and some parts of Asia and Africa would do well to appreciate, since we've lost a lot of American lives saving and liberating a lot of people who could not do it on their own.

I'm not sure that's what people are saying...
I do believe they are after the US because we meddle, but I've never heard it said they only attack the "US"..
ANYTHING western, anything that is reminiscent of the US is attacked by the extremest..
They'll go after their own city if it's been "tainted" by American beliefs..
I think they attack "our" ideology in whatever part of the world it is present.
