Just heard my garage door spring pop and looked at it and now one side is in two pieces. Looks like I can just replace it, wind it and call it good. But where do I buy this stuff? Is it easy?

You fix it....duh...
Is it a roll up door or a flat panel type? The flat panel types are a fairly easy to replace. Just be careful, these springs are under HIGH tension, even though they don't look like it.

Don't know if you have a roll door or solid panal but the roll ups now require two springs, mine was installed 1988 and just recently broke, as priors have said be "very carful". I called the garage door guy from tv and was refereed to local company, $200. and its fixed no sweat off my backside, no fingers pinched or torn off my hands!!

Usually a matter of winding the new spring to the correct tension. Stick a rod into the cam, turn it a quarter turn, stick the 2nd rod in and repeat. Now, while holding the 2nd rod in position, remove the first rod, and stick it into the cam. Repeat. There should be a color stripe on the spring, that will wrap around the circumference of the spring when it's tightened correctly.
Don't let go of the rods until the next one has taken the tension. It can and will kill you if you lose control of the spring, cam, and rods.
Quicker and safer to let a pro do it.

Just watched a few YouTube videos and it looks easy. I will call and get an estimate though cause it's 106 degrees in there and I am a sissy in the heat.

Have them replace both if you have two.

Thats a pretty good deal with quick response... pay the man and dont look back!
I called around an got quoted 4-500 with a 50 off coupon! There is quite a racket going with these things it seems low quotes to get a foot in... upselling and shady tactics seem fairly common!
Ended up educating myself and buying a pair of severe duty coated ones on ebay for $75 and it was not near as hard or dangerous as some people make it out to be.
A few days for them to arrive and an hour and a half and I was back in business.
These things are supposed to be good for only about five to six years and 6-8000 cycles sever duty ones 12000 and they are only a couple of dollars more.

Dude showed up on time and pulled away in 35 minutes. All done and the garage door works again. Damn I am going to pay for this smooth truncation in the future. These things usually end up costing me a lot more and take forever.
