2001 Banshee, FMF Pipes, K&N Filter....if I change out the K&N with a foam filter will I have to re-jet it?
SHOCKER
I think so, i heard that the foam filters catch more dirt, but the k&n filters let more air flow, but then thats what the oil is for, i think ya might need a slight change but im not sure

is it a uni filter? if so, you can get by w\o re jetting. I used to run a K&N but switched late last season to a uni and no rejetting was required on my z400

Yea, I'd like to use the uni filter with the pre-filter on it. I used that set up on my 96 Banshee, when I took the pre-filter off, the filter itself was almost spotless.

I would say no as well, might have to mess with the needles though.
