Doubt that, Cards backed into the Wild Card. Philly has the best rotation in ball.

Funny, I feel just the opposite. NL sucks because you have a big ole hole in your lineup with the pitchers batting. Pitch around a few guys and get to the pitcher batting for the last out. That blows.

Philly was obviously the front runner in the NL. Now that they are out of the way, I think we have a real good chance with the Brewers. With the exception of Carpenter's start yesterday, both teams pitching has been pretty poor. I think it's going to be a slugfest. Hopefully Pujols and Holliday can pick it up.

that was the worst best game!!! Great battle back n forth but all the little league errors! I'm no critic, while watching some sports channel they said this WS is only important to 2 cities, no one else is watching.

Media says it's a down year for the WS because main stream teams aren't playing in it. You don't have the storied Yankees or Boston's huge payroll. But I think anybody that watched last nights game can say it was one of the best they have ever seen. I've watched thousands of playoff games and was even in attendance for Game 7 of the 2002 World Series and that was by far the greatest game I've ever seen played. Let's go Cardinals. One more win.

Thank you Thank you. It's always nice to win. I was running a pretty big Cardinal flag on my truck but the local authorities felt it should be taken down! I'm not sure if it's a law or he's just a hater but I wasn't going to argue with him. I think it will be difficult for Pujols to leave now.
