Just thought I'd pass this along. I got tired of trying to tie down the buggy with those cheesy Weekend Warrior eye bolts/anchors in the floor that are not through the frame. This is the second WW trailer I've done this too. Works great, the car don't move at all.

I got the "D" rings from Home Depot and placed them directly over the frame and bolted them down going through the frame. You can get the D rings cheaper on line, if you don't mind waiting.

I did this to rear wheels only because the frame is covered up by tanks in the front. I put 2 D rings on each side, one in front of the tire and one to the rear of the tire.

Then I get the webbed wheel tie downs and cinch it down. It's quick, easy and rock solid. Nothing moves. H

By far the best way to tie down a buggy. If you ratchet down the cars suspension it can come loose when it bounces around. I've been using over the tire straps for many years now. Drove tow trucks for a few years and they worked awesome on the flatbeds. Even made some custom hooks for mine. Don't have any pics though.

Yeah I just do the rears. Front's couldn't hurt, it's just getting to frame, around cabinets etc, that makes it kinda tough. With just rears, the car is really secure. I'm outa here. H

Just be carefull if you do this, as a flat with only 2 tires cinched down will cause the car to come loose. Learned the hard way on this one a I had a paddle go flat on the way home and car rubbed on the door.

thats how I do it as well, but on all four
even the rhino gets this treatment
