The needle for the humidity is pegged as far as it will go on the gauge. My floor, as well as every piece of metal and machinery I have in my shop, has a skim coat of water droplets on the surface. It's made for an interesting day though, almost like trying to work on an ice skating rink, bout busted my arse more than a few time this afternoon, lol........

Would be nice sometimes. It's hard to even move around, my cloths are damp, clinging to my body and everything smells like crap..... laughing.gif

What happens if you weld in those conditions?

Only an issue if the weld wire has been exposed to moisture for a long period of time. When the wire gets even a little rust the porosity can get pretty bad, but my welders run pretty much non stop everyday, so the wire doesn't have a chance to get contaminated. The tubing doesn't sit out long enough between notching and welding before it's welded, and if it does have any surface rust if it sits too long, we wire wheel the joint first........
