Can anyone let me know where I can find a 17x12" wheel that has 4.5" backspace (or close). I am attempting to shrink the width of the rear end of my Tatum to make it better fit in my trailer. Can't go to the DWT 5.5 BS (already have 3.5) as I don't have enough room to narrow that far or I will be on/close to my trailering arms.

Any info would help.

Did you find another option? I'm trying to do the same thing. I'm running DTW 12 wide with 3.5 BS. I talked to DTW the other day and they don't offer the 5.5 BS anymore.

I have about 2" between the tire and coil. I've heard not to go any closer then that because the tire will flex allot even on the top. What I'm wanting now is 11 wide with 3.5 BS.

I ended up ordering directly from Raceline/Allied. They make custom backspacing to whatever you want. I will be about 1 1/2" away from my trailering arm. I know tires will flex but think I will still be safe and if it gets a small rub on occasion it is a smooth surface.

Thought about the 11" wheel also. Think Extreme makes them but it will also make tire taller. This will change gearing and of course I am close to fitting in to the rear of my trailer also, can't be pushed back further either.

I talked to Mark at Raceline he seemed really knowledgeable, and those Sand Stars look sweet. $$$$ I looked for Extreme wheels, but no luck. Do you know their website?
