How well do you like your GPS on the handlebars? Can you see it very well while your riding? We keep ours in the icebox and basically only use it to find hills. Im thinking about mounting mine to the bars of my motorcycle, depending on how well i do on two wheels. laughing.gif
SHOCKER

I love the GPS on the Handlebars. Most of the time it is off unless I am trying to get to china wall or some other hill. It is very easy to read while riding. The garmin etrex has a great big arrow pointing in the direction of the spot that you are tracking. I got the mount from RAM. I think it was about $35 and it is very adjustable.

What's envolved in adding the seat cover? It looks good. Also, how did you get the old stickers off the plastic?

For the seat cover, you remove the old one by pulling the staples on the underside of the seat. To put the new one on, I made sure the new seat cover was soft and plyable by leaving in the sun for a while to get it nice and warm. I stapled the front nose of the seat cover and stretched it straight back and stapled the tail of the seat. Next I started working the sides of the cover pulling and keeping the seat cover even from side to side.

The original decals came off suprisingly easy. I just started each decal with a razor blade and they pulled off easily in one piece.

Thanks, I guess I'll give it a try. What could go wrong, besides it's my daughter's bike! I have to learn somewhere. icon_biggrin.gif laughing.gif blink.gif
