i do say they stand by their word for customer service. he met all my demands as a customer and went the extra length to answer any of my questions. yeah like any normal person mike couldnt asnwer all my questions but it never stopped him from do what he could to find out the answers.
Acmeatv was fast and response to my order. i guess i got som eenw shocks that camein the fastest mike has ever heard of. i got my new shocks in less than a week. i sent them on monday and got them on friday. now thats awesome. i dont think that can happen everytime but its still nice to see.
i was notified consistantly to update my order and let me know how the shocks were, as far as getting them done. there was never a time i was questioning when my stuff was gonna come in. i never got a run around or "ill have to call you back" and never get a return call.
ill go to Acmeatv.cm whenever i need parts from those dealers and i know they can be trusted for service. i even have a friend that is gonna go with them when he gets money to rebuilt his shocks cuz he saw how fast and responsive they were.
