mid, that is a long story, but here is the short version,

late April 2004, move out of our house in El Cajon into rental in Ramona
Jan 2005, move out of rental to our new house in Santa Ysabel.

Finally after we have been paying either, rent, a mortgage, and an equity loan, or 2 mortgages and an equity loan, we can get it down to only one mortage and that is for the house we now live in. Getting rid of that house in el cajon just cut our monthly home expenses by about 2/3rd's. MAJOR headache gone. I am stoked!!!

It has been a little scary $$$ wise, but the wife is my "suga momma" so we've been doing alright, but now we finally have that huge monkey off our back, and move forward, and start building the house for my mom. (she is going to move up here and hang out with us too)

Believe it or not, the only time I have been in James' car was to go to the top of Patton for the wedding, I havent even gone for a ride in Justin's snake car. I am "saving" myself for mine. I cant wait, 2 more weeks to go.

yeah well, I make a TERRIBLE passenger, and I have waited so long for this car, I wanted to devirginize myself with my own car, as far as a long travel big motor car goes, So it will be a "special" experience when I get my car.

Well last I heard the paint part was done Friday, and it is in the clear and buff stage, then Justin needs it for a couple days to finish it up, so hopefully I will be on for the 9th, Justin is pre-running for a race next weekend on Monday, so I will give him a ring on Tues, so check up.
