well, I hung a "gone fishin'" sign on my problems today, and it was what I needed, caught me some fish, and just hung out by the lake, only down side was it was windy, but at least the fish were hungry

got there around 10:00 left at 1:30 with 5 on a stringer.

actually I did throw one on the bbq with the chicken I already had planned for dinner, I made my own marinade with stuff we had, it was a combination of lime juice (we didn't have any lemons) soy sauce, olive oil, and a few dashes of cayenne pepper, put a little butter in the middle, wrapped a couple pieces of bacon around it. droped it on the q and it was good to go.

Hell man saturday is free sample day at costco! I could go nuts in there. That and the 1.50 hotdog and coke, now thats an american classic.

I am thinking we will be having the hot dog and coke combo for breakfast tomorrow. We can do something fun if you want to Ian. Just let me know what it is

morning Ian, hope you have fun at costco today

well we added washing Robins car, getting some stuff notorized and refilling a perscription, today is gonna be off the hook yo!!!

Hot damn!!!!! You sure you want to try all that in one day, the Hang over potential is off the chart.

its gonna be tuff, but if we take breaks at the right time and keep ourselves hydrated, we should be able to make it, its been a long time since I have pushed myself this hard, I hope my body is up to the challenge.

Just think it could be worse, you could be at work like me

yeah, work sucks, but you have to pay for that new truck and trailer somehow.

Someday is more like it, going to take a season or two to save up the cash reserves to make it worthwhile

I know, we are in the same boat, and planning on upgrading in a couple years too, but I think we are going to be able to swing an enclosed trailer in a couple weeks.

Took Erica out today to look at the K2 that I liked and she loved it. She offered to help with the down payment, so we could get the diesel at the same time. I was totally like "who are you and where is my wife". So this may happen before next halloween

That would be so sweet!!!, The same thing kind of happened to us, I saw our trailer at the Sand Sports Super Show in Sept '03, then there was an RV show locally in November and I called the place up to see if they were going to be there, they weren't, so we drove up and took a look just to see if that is something we may want in a couple years, well 5 hours later I got the phone call that our financing went through and picked it up a couple days later, camping just hasnt been the same since. its been great.

it was a good day. this is how our day went yesterday:

wash wifes car
drop of perscription at Rite-Aid
get lunch at Boll Weevil
get letter notorized (at the 3rd place we went to)
swing through pet store and by way too much crap for the pets
then to Home Depot for 2 things, walk out $300 later.
Costco, I dont even want to get into that bill.
then home and unload it all.

Today we:
put in a little fountain that we bought at Depot (will post pics later)
set up a couple bird feeders
cut one of our many lawns
shot the .22 in the back yard
and I just finished a lobster tail, corn on the cob and garlic mashed potatoe dinner. All in all not a bad weekend, but I can think of one thing that would have made it better, maybe next weekend.

It is quite a lot of space, but it is beautiful. You should come visit sometime, we have plenty of room for camping
