Howdy kids. Hope everyone is having a great end to the week. Ours just got alittle better as it looks like we have leased out our house. The couple is supposed to sign the lease tonight. Thank God is all I have to say about that.

well this will be a s***ty trip for us. Right now it looks like we are leaving saturday afternoon and comming back on monday. Not cool but a couple of days in the sand are better than none.
I wanted to do the Wed thru Sat deal, but wifey has to work, so it may be more like Thurs thru Sun, but if you guys are leaving Mon, I will ask wifey if she wants to stay for that.

I hope whatever it is works out ok, but you do have to come out to the regatta in the end of Jan. The only thing you have to worry about is getting there, food and a place to stay are taken care of.

Hello all! Back from New Orleans! All in all it was a good trip..probably wont go back, but a good experience nonetheless. Best thing was the food....loved it! Now its back to the real life. We are planning on a thursday departure for New Years. Ian maybe we'll see you out there?

Morning Wes, I have no idea why I am up so early this morning, but I am kinda glad I am, its freakin beautiful outside, clear skies, everything is white and the sun is just peeking up over the mountains.
How much snow did you guys get Ian?
hardly got any, but there was just enough to have some white when I got home at 11 p.m. Sat night, by the time Robin got home around midnight the rain had washed it all away. But Julian (where we had the steaks) got a couple feet.
Its fricken beautiful up here right now, it was 35 when I left this morning at 8:00a.m. and 29 when I got home at 10p.m.

That would be cool. What does it take to get a sat. set up on the hauler. I know that its wired for it. What are the electronics needed and cost? any ideas??
They sell tripod dishes for around 80.00 or so and the basic reciever is next to nothing. The only thing is that you need to already have satellite or sign up for a new contract.

I'll bring the booze.....I'm good at that!! LOL! So no change in plans on going out for New Yrs Aaron??? I changed my vacation around anyway since I'm going to be at the Barrett Jackson all week in January. Took some days back that I had set aside for New Yrs relax time.
Yeah, it just seems that the trip was going south anyways. I just look at this as god telling me that I really should not go. I will be out for the RR regata and then Im not sure when the next trip will be after that one. We will be out at least one more if not two.

Yeah we plan on going to the regatta for sure. We have to do some hustling with funds to get there in time to order. We are working dilligently to accomplish a January order time. Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then i have to wait x amount of months before i can even drive it....I believe that this will be worth the wait, no i'm positive it's worth the wait.

the Regatta weekend is also the same weekend as WildBills side by side shinding and headinjuries weekend warrior thing too.
I was just going to go solo in my truck. I was probably going to leave the quad home for this one and just enjoy Ians buggy and hospitality.
