evictions?

Yes. They do ocassionally evict the rowdies or people that refuse to buy passes (after they ticket them).

any chance of finding out what the violations handed out were for?

I will see what I can find out.

Is there any chance of an explanation of the several different reports that seem to indicate excessive force was used on law abiding citizens during some sort of riot maneuvers? I think it would be good to hear the blm's explanation for their pepperball actions..at least we'd have heard from both sides of this important issue.

This was brought up at yesterday's OHV leadership meeting and the BLM's response was "what incident?"

Seems they're starting to believe the press, who's account says all was well and very calm all weekend.

Seems to me that people who were shot at and abused and feel it was unwarranted need to flood the imperial county supervisors meeting and give direct first hand accounts of how this situation is getting out of control.

Perhaps there needs to be an accountability program set up for pepperspray ball ammunition for the leo's. From the sound of the reports, there had to have been hundreds of rounds of them expended. Wouldn't you think that a LEO should be required to report on and justify each and every round discharged from any sort of weapon lethal or non-lethal? It would certainly seem professional for such a policy. Then a person would be able to ask for the ammunition useage reports, and it would be very hard for the blm to play ostrich.

"Wasted stock." Paintballs go bad, especially under the conditions out at the dunes. That's a way to hide a couple cases of spent ammo.
