Could someone please explain this to me? "If your not part of the solution, your part of the problem."

Does this mean EVERYBODY needs to join together to help out in a crisis?
Anyone ever heard "too many cooks spoil the broth?

Sure we ALL have our "jobs" in life and for ANYBODY to say EVERYBODY needs to help, or let them be damned (even though that's not their exact words)

Some peoples "job" is to stay the heck away!
Example: you can be ticketed if you try to stop a police pursuit.
"two heads are better than one,"
"there is NOT power in numbers. There is powers in IDEAS!
