Well im boring out my cylidner to 94mm from 90mm, and well i need to find a machine shop, hopefully one that does work on engines, and also does nikasiling, i was going to send my cylinder out to millenium tech, but we are planning on going out sometime after christmas, and in order to do that ther is no time to send my piston out and have them get it done and back to me, so i am looking for local places, im gonna cal duncan racing see if theydo it, and if not any recomended places, and then ill call this place in riverside called phat head racing, they have been recomended by someone, they have 35 years i believe under their belt, and seem to have a good price,
so does anyone know of a place down here that could bore and re-nikasil my cylinder?

Call Larry at Racers Toy Store in Escondido. He does everything in house and just did a big bore kit on my DS650.

I called albe for recomendations adn they said the same, but racers toy store and all other machine shops are closed today
,
and the piston i need wont be in until about 1 week or so, and i need to send in the piston with the cylinder, so im getting mad, alba doesnt have the JE piston in stock now, well they dont have the 94mm which is 434cc, and the only ones they have in stock is stock bore, and then the 92mm, which is 416cc, and i want to go the 434 route because im doing it and i might as well do what i want, and ther really isnt much of a price diference
know of any places that will carry the 94mm 12:1 JE piston, its their high comp one, and i like it because i can still use 91 isntead of 97 or mixing race gas or anything like the wiseco kits

Shocker,
Get in touch with Nils on the Central. I'm sure he could hook you up. Someone was saying there is a company that for an extra $75.00 will get your cylinder back to you in a week. Central is down but check the performance section when you get a chance.

Once again get ahold of Nils (velocity111) on yfzcentral. He sells the CP pistons that are way better than the JE and I'm sure you could get it in less than a week.
