No hate, just good info!

I think you misunderstood me and as it turns out I was also wrong! HA2 said what I thought was true.
Before writing this I called ESR to find out the dealio.
They said the bolt on 330 IS a true 330! What they do it machine some of the lower skirt off the sleeve so it doesn't stick down into the cylinder as far. BUT that 330 uses a 76mm piston!
IF you blow that top end your only choice is to pay $325 for a re-sleeve.
So the ESR bolt on 330 is a 330 but you can not bore it ever! For the $325 price you could of almost splint your cases and had it machined!
Here's something to confuse you even more:
If you buy a true 310 it is actually a 304 (+/-2 cc's) until you reach the last bore! Same for the 330 and 350, it's not a 330 or 350 until you reach your last bore.
For the 310 it comes with a 72mm piston. Due to piston size availability the next bore of a 310 is 72.2mm then 72.5mm. From 72.5mm and up you must go in .5mm increments. This gives 5 bores on a 310.
With a true 330 it starts at 76 and you can get 4 bores out of it to a max of 77.5.
Confused?
BTW: anyone who wants a 310 bolt on---I can send you a CT racing 310 kit (cylinder, head, piston, and all gaskets) for $875 shipped (+tax in CA)
Duncan racing does some unbelievable work. Their parts, craftsmanship and customer service is the best in the industry. The down side to Duncan is their prices. You pay TOP dollar for their stuff.
Personally I like the ESR pipe (TRX5) better. But everyone is different.
