This bit of good bad news is only possible thanks to the layout of Yuma and I-8.
Currently I live about two blocks from the last exit on I-8 (right in old Yuma if you're familiar with the town). The house I'm moving into is on the western edge of Yuma but the same highway exit is still the closest for me.
From my current home it only takes about 20-30 minutes from the time I lock my door until I pull up at Buttercup (If I don't stop for gas!). But from the new home I've got a 15-20 minute drive through Yuma before I can get to the 20-30 minutes highway drive. It's just cruel fate that I went from one of the shortest drives in Yuma to the dunes to one of the longest!
Yeah I know, life is tough.

Did I mention that the new house includes and insulated and air condtioned garage? I'll finally have somewhere better than the dining room floor to work on my motor, here's hoping It's back together and running soon!
