I pushed the start button it cranked over twice then nothing. the relay is good and no blown fuse. Under the seat there are 3 parts, 1 the coil, 2 the CDI? and the third one I don't know, it says "suzuki 12V SU223S-3" solid red is hot 12v red/white is dead but seems to be continuous with the ground. Does that make sense. I think the third box may be my problem any body knoe how I can check this? or what the third box is called?, thnx

make sure the brake is on and check for power @ the starter

thnx for the fast reply, the third box has to do with the charging, but I just found a circuit breaker under the right side of the seat. all is well. We will be at Buttercup on the 26, 27, 28. thnx

You may want to check your oil level...the premix that is. I think the circuit breaker is set up to be tripped if the oil level get's too low.

thnx. the oil level is a okay. ran it up the street with my 220lb butt bottoming out the rear shock and that thing hauls with just the FMF fatty added to it.

Did you change the jetting for the Fatty? FMF said it should be the same but I pulled my plug and it was WAY to lean. I did like the sound of the new pipe.

I did not change the jetting per FMF, but if somebody has I would like to know what they changed it to, and how it works. my son wants more power but I don't want to move him up a bike for 1 more season.

I don't remember what I had to change it to. I went an bought a few sizes up and it was hit and miss from there. It was not that many sizes up. I'll look today and find my old jets and try to give you some more info.
