It is in "REAL media" format which can tell what kind of connection you have.
If you just click on it and let it go for the 4 or 5 minutes it takes to play through the first time, then click play again you can see and hear it at 56k but with no herkey/jerkey movements. It will play cleanly the second time through.

30megs is the size of the complete, high quality, video with music but if you download at 56k you will not have to download the entire 30 megs.

This is the main reason I use Realmedia.
The complete, original, highquality video in it's original format, MPEG, is over 120MB, but, it is half screen size and plays like a DVD.

After I get a few more of these vids done I may make some CD's available. We'll see!

I DUNNO VOR- I STARTED TO LOAD IT UP AND THE WINDOWS DOWNLOAD GOT UP TO LIKE 2 HRS AND I QUIT. ONCE THAT WAS DONE- I WOULD STILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE REAL DOWNLOAD. I GUESS ITS A TACO THING

I'm with Jim & Matt. I was like 12-pac plowed when I startedto check it out then finally after it went all the way thru, where I could see it from start to finish I was sober I did like what I saw of it though. I ain't no siskil & Ebert but I give it two smoothies up.

I just can't get RealPlayer to play nice on my good computer (Play nice as in not crash my system constantly.) Plus I paid for the full version on CD and never received it. When I called to compain they denied I ever ordered it despite having an order code and a credit card statement to prove I paid for it

I need to dig up my notebook and see how long this thing will take on IDSL....

seems to load a lot easier at 6am
