so my bike is undr warranty..call BRP, they give me a customer service # for the dealer to perform warranty work...the dealer calls and says they are not covering it under warranty...that BRP decided it was not a mechanical issue..it was maintenance....let me ask all of you....if the carb drain screw leaks..and the bike is new...is that warranty??? It is to me...maintenance my ask...and no, I did not touch anything as of yet..so it can't be said it was me jiggling with it that caused it....I should've known...
damn Canadian companies....another reason to say..screw the French....
Bombardier does not back their warranties..that what I have learned from this...never again......never buy Bombardier again.....I don't like businesses that do things in bad faith...anyone have similar problems with their ds650? any solutions as to why its leaking..its not loose...

i own a ski-doo sled (a bombardier product) and havent had any trouble with it yet, runs great
Have you tried a different dealer.
My buddy has a 650 with 2 seasons on it mantains reg. Brough it to Monclair
because it was getting hard to shift into 3rd. They gave him a estimate of a few hunderd bucks.
By the time he got it back they jacked it to 1300 they replaced he gear, shift fork and some other things. So he gets it back we went to Glamis it made it to Olds,
A couple trips up with a noticed lose of power and POW!!
engine dies wha wha wha whhaaaaaaaaa. Hit the starter and it just spins, weekend over.
He took it back to Montclair They called him back and said Ya this is not good and is going to be expensive. I broke the clutch shaft. crank and more. Well he flipped out on them. Said I gave you a running bike, you jaked up my estamate, Gave it back I ride for 15 mins and you want me to pay for it. after a bit of bitching the service manager said dont worry will take care of it.
So will see how it runs the next time out hopfully he can get a 1/2 hour out of it
