I just bought a set of Spyder (sp?) gel grips for my YFZ. The stock ones kinda suck, they gave me calouses and they are worn out now, so I stepped it up and bought some new ones? I guess I am going to use Windex to slide the new ones on, after I cut the old ones off.
What grips do you guys/gals have, anybody have these Spyder gels? and what technique have you used to put em on?

I used the grip glue, but I have heard spray paint works the best.

909 Factory racing, gel top and waffle bottem. love them, can ride all day. To install them I used Golf club grip solvent. pour some into new grip swish it around and slip new grip onto handle bars effortlessly, align and let dry. works geat. removes any unwanted oil from bars and grips so grip stays in place after it dries.

I got the spyder grips. Loved em last trip. I use rubbing alcohol when I put on my grips. That or zippo lighter fluid. (naptha)

I don't know why this works. But I have used WD40 to take the old grips off AND to put the new ones on forever. I have never had a problem of the grips twisting or comming off.
OH, and I have Spyder grips and love them.
