the talk of the boardhad been about the weather the few days before everyone was leaving. i too was even worried i was gonna get alittle wet and get some sand blown.

however all in all the weekend was 100% awesome with weather. i admit it was chilli at times but for the most part it was great. i didnt get to the drags saturday but its no big deal to me. ill catch many more.

i must admit i was disappointed with the sand dunes. not tryin to bag on buggies but i didnt like all the high HP buggies with their deep cup paddles tearing up the dunes. i understand why they were chopping them up so much. i know the sand underneath was very wet. had some fun and drank plenty of beer.

to me it seemed like the BLM was out for blood this weekend. cuz several of our group members got pulled over for one thing or another. i got pulled over on the way in for doing 22 in a 15. i know its a bit stupid but i didnt want to slam the brakes on and cause my truck or traler to slide. i know they were just mainly checking for DUI's. luckily i didnt get ticketed.

but all in all it was a fun trip and something to remember.

wish i could have found some of you out there but i started to look and knew i wasnt gonna find chit so i just had fun instead of lookin all weekend.

Hey Rich, the weather was good, I had my eye out for you but I didnt ride much at all on Wed and Thurs, Friday we went for a long morning ride, then to the drags, Sat was a half day trip to Glamis, then hopped in the truck with the wife and dogs and drove out to Patton for an hour or 2, then hit the drags and the day was pretty much spent. Found the jump that you showed us a year ago, man has it totally changed, I thought it was pretty cool to see that again, hope to catch you next trip.

ill be at the north dunes clean up on. i would be at the south dunes but the same weekend my littlest cousin is having his 1st b-day that weekend and his mom(my cousin) wants to have it out in the desert.

not sure where we will be camping tho. ill keep you posted.

Rivh, I thought the rumor was a guy was going to be up at Dumont for New Years? $hit, if I woulda known you were there, I woulda gave a jingle.

yeah chris we had planned on that but the last minute weather made us change our minds. we didnt want to get snowed in between dumont and home. so we decided to head to gordons instead. its all good. ill be out on the 14th-16th at Glamis.

we might make a Dumont trip before the end of the season but we all have to talk about our schedules and time so it can be planned for a partcular weekend.

sorry for tearin up the dunes yami but i would have road the raptor a little longer but the sand was like penut butter and horrible to ride in so it left only one option and that was to tear it up in the car. and it was nice to meet you HV was a little busy when i saw ya but if your out on the 14th lets tear up the gordons bowls!

yeah it was sort of last minute so i wasnt paying too much atention to who was going. i should have swung by where you camp but like i said i wasnt into too much for looking for people. i just wanted to get away and enjoy the weekend.

RIPSTER... aint no thang but a chicken wing... im just biatching. it wasnt that bad but it did wear out my fore arms really quick. so i was too worn out for some fore arm workouts in the trailer later that night.

ill be up in Glamis for the 15th for one main reason. its my cousins 1st b-day. or id be cruisin to the south dunes clean up. so ill be helpin with Glamis' clean up instead.

not sure where we are camping yet but i want someone on a quad or a group with a few quads that knows Glamis so i can run to China wall and a few other spots besides the basic spots. i know 13.5 is the place to be but im pretty sure my group is gonna be near or on gecko. not sure yet. so 13.5 is gonna be a bit of a ride and to convince my group to head that way will be a bit of coaxing.

Cousins first Bday. Damn starting them young nice.
