Take a peek in the newbie section.. There is a topic on the top with instructions. its in your profile etc..
If you hit trouble, ask the Avatar god 'VOR'. He can do just about anything with a pic..

Yours isn't working. It looks like you are trying to use a file called "Halo3.gif" that is located on your harddrive. You cannot use a picture on your hadrdrive. It must be available on the web. It has to have a URL.
If you have a picture on your hardrive and wish to use it you can e-mail it to me and I'll put it on the web and give you the URL, if you like.
