Keithski
She was a young girl, beautiful in every way. Her father loved her. She was his pride and joy. He always wanted a son, but he was so thankful just to have a healthy child. Her sweetness soon made the thoughts of wanting a son fade away. He had a passion. He said it was "The Desert." He would always have a lot to do before he went. She would try to help. And he appreciated it even though it meant finding his gas cans out in the front yard, or his camelbak in the kitchen. He loved her passion. The week was passing by and she knew that she would get to go this time. She could hardly wait, and of course neither could he. But this time was special, she would finally see what was so special to her father. Things got packed up, everything was in it's place. Plenty of food and supplies. Then the morning came. She was excited by every mile that passed, through the mountains, down to the desert floor. They were so close traveling down the 78. Then slowing down to take a right turn, she saw lots of sand. More than any beach she had ever been to. They drove until they found a place to camp. When her Daddy took her out of the truck he hugged her. Then he held her hand and they walked around this magical sandbox. She was in awe and felt the power that her father always talked about. It was a beautiful day and a love had been shared. Passed on to another generation. And the bond between them continued to grow.

This is dedicated to my 6 year old twin daughters who have not experienced this yet.
But I can't wait to share the magic of the dunes with them.

THANK YOU,
KS

Sounds from the heart Keithski. I've got two daughters, 7&11, who experienced their first Mother G trip last New Years. It was a great time shared by all. They always talk about Glamis and the preparation for our next trip together. Now they know Dads' passion for the dunes. They're hooked. And Dad loves it. Peace

That was awsome. My kids love the desert. My son had his first trip last Oct. for his 2nd B-Day. He loved the buggy and the faster the better. My Daughter loves to just be with me so where I go she goes.

This truly a family sport. My Dad introduced me to the dunes and I am now passing it on to my kids.

My 3 year old and 1 year old boys had there first season in Glamis last year. They can't wait to get back this year. For my 3 year old, the faster the ride is in the buggy the better. My 1 year old falls asleep in the buggy. I think that sharing these times with our kids is one of the greatest gifts of Mother G.
