My buddy wants to change his oil but cant find the plug. Does it have a drain plug?

yes. im pretty sure it does. i think its on the bottom of the tank(most likely place)
i cant remember because last time i changed the oil i had the whole tank off.
i think there is a line from the case that goes into the bottom of the oil tank, and if you pull that off of the tank it serves as a drain hole.
but i could be totally wrong, so you should check it out yourself first or have him check it out and see if that sounds right

roller hes right ,there is a drain plug on the bottom of the oil res and there is also a drain plug on the left side ,just next to the gear shifter i looked at mine and there is a sensor wire just above it

Make sure you drain both plugs, tip the bike over to get the remaining oil out of the side case, if not you will have an excess amt of oil...

Since you're spending the time to change the oil, why not change the filter too? That way you'll get all the nasty stuff out of the oil too!
