To adjust float level, bend the float arm carefully until the float tip just contacts the float valve.....

What I dont know is where do I pull the measurement from, the part of the float by the needle and seet, or at the end of the float???????

Take the carb, turn it right side up, and measure from the middle tang to the flat where the jet screws in. It's in the Honda Mechanics book...

Ya got to see how far the float drops from top to bottom..hope that helps; the shops will help ya too
